Landscape photography is all about good light. There wasn't much to go around on this day, but when it appeared briefly I was ready to capture it. And a half-second exposure created some beautiful drama in the waves crashing on the beach. And all of this was captured at my favorite place to shoot, Cape Hatteras, on The Outer Banks of North Carolina.
